4. When the Live Webcast begins, the live auctioneer will go through the sale, generally one lot at a time in item order through the sale. It is essential that you click on the green “Click Here To Enter Live Sale” link at the top of the screen to follow the live broadcast.
5. You should now be viewing the live bidding console shown below. You must unmute the audio by clicking the red button below the photo in order to hear the auctioneer. Please also check your system and speaker volume
6. Lots are generally sold one at a time and in lot order, but this is not guaranteed.
7. Certain lots may be grouped together and sold as “one lot, one money”. Other lots may be sold choice which means that the winning bidder has the choice of which lot(s) they want at the winning price – if multiple lots are selected, the price is multiplied accordingly. Choice lots may be required to be selected in lot order.
8. If you win a lot, you will receive an email notification with tax certificate instructions.
9. Complete the required form(s) within the specified time frame. After this step is complete, you will receive your invoice.
10. Submit payment in the required time frame via wire transfer.
11. Once payment is processed, you will receive a release email from Meadoworks with the contacts necessary to arrange for removal of your items according to the auction’s terms.
12. Be sure to remove your items before the removal deadline.

Timed Sale Instructions
1. After registering for an auction, log in to your account at MeadoworksAuctions.com
2. Navigate to the timed auction sale you want to participate in.
3. For timed auctions, submit your maximum bid before the lot’s closing time — the system will automatically bid on your behalf up to that amount.
4. Lots often sell in the order of the catalog; however, the end time may extend if people bid in the last few minutes of a lot to provide everyone with a fair opportunity to bid. This may cause lots to sell out of numerical order. For this reason, we recommend A) clicking on the green Sort by button in the upper left of the screen and selecting Time Left and B) frequently refreshing your browser throughout the sale.
