In July 2013, Graham Engineering Corporation acquired Welex and integrated its manufacturing operations into Graham's York, Pennsylvania facility, where the brand continues to design and produce sheet extrusion systems under the Welex name.

The company's flagship product lines center on complete sheet extrusion systems built around single-screw extruders. The World Standard sheet line is a fully engineered turnkey system covering everything from the extruder hopper through the winder, offered in a range of sizes with outputs from 650 to 4,000 lb/hr and extruder L/D ratios from 24 to 40. The Evolution sheet extrusion system is optimized for thin-gauge sheeting, winding, and inline thermoforming, available in monolayer or coextrusion configurations with capacity for up to nine extruders. The Hercules system targets thick-gauge sheeting applications. Welex also developed the Converge CTS sheet line, which uses conical twin-screw technology for dryer-less PET and PLA sheet production.
