Inspect screw and barrel wear, extrusion head and die condition, parison controller function and whether the original controller is present, clamp tonnage and platen wear, and the state of the tie bars and shuttle mechanism. Confirm the control generation and that the HMI is intact and licensed, and verify that tooling, trim stations, and the leak detector are actually included, since these are frequently unbundled in resale. Electrical supply is worth checking closely - machines built for the Indian market may be configured for 415V 50Hz and require a transformer or drive reconfiguration for 480V 60Hz North American service.
