Please read before bidding. This lot is information only — it cannot be bid on.

Each 2-shot cell in this sale is offered two ways at the same time:

• Individually: Lots 1–7 (cell #1) and Lots 8–14 (cell #2) — bid on just the pieces you want.
• As one bulk lot: Lot 15 = Lots 1–7 together, Lot 16 = Lots 8–14 together.

How the winner is decided: A bid on a bulk lot must be more than the combined high bids on its individual lots — the asking bid on the bulk lot rises automatically as the individual lots are bid up. Each bulk lot closes together with the last lot in its group. At close, whichever is higher wins: the bulk lot's high bid, or the total of the individual high bids.

Example: At close, the individual high bids on Lots 1–7 add up to $250,000. If Lot 15's high bid is $260,000, the whole cell goes to the Lot 15 bidder and the individual bids on Lots 1–7 do not win. If Lot 15's high bid is below $250,000, Lots 1–7 go to their individual high bidders.
