The ESL 180/430, one of the most widely circulated models, offered a 17-inch by 12-inch cutting chamber with three rows of 15 blades on a staggered rotor and side discharge. The ES series addressed heavier central granulation duties with three or five rotor knives, while the ESP series added a nearly level feed hopper specifically designed to handle long pipes and profiles without the platforms or cavities that conventional machines require. The ESC series rounded out the lineup with a compact, mobile, soundproofed design suited to tight press-side environments.

Econogrind granulators were aimed squarely at injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion operations where in-line or beside-the-press scrap reclaim is a daily requirement. Plastics processors in packaging, consumer goods, pipe and profile extrusion, and general industrial molding relied on these machines to reduce runners, sprues, rejected parts, and trim scrap back to reusable regrind without interrupting production flow.
