About Lockformer
Lockformer is a U.S. manufacturer of sheet metal machinery for HVAC duct and fittings fabrication, based in Lisle, Illinois. Its product line centers on HVAC roll forming equipment such as Pittsburgh lock machines, standing S and drive cleat roll formers, Transverse Duct Connector (TDC) roll formers, and related seam-forming systems. Lockformer also manufactures multi-head Speednotch sheet metal notchers, beading and flanging machines, cleatformers, mechanical fastening equipment, and Vulcan plasma and waterjet cutting systems for metal and insulation. Additional offerings include Excalibur glass-cutting machines, insulation cutting systems, and HVAC CAD-to-CAM software that integrate with its fabrication equipment. Lockformer equipment is used by sheet metal contractors and OEMs producing rectangular, round, and oval ductwork, as well as light-gauge components for building products, appliances, office furniture, and other metal fabrication applications.
