About MIR
MIR is an Italian manufacturer of injection molding machines for processing plastics and rubber. The company produces hydraulic horizontal injection molding presses in the RMP series, with models ranging from small machines around 30 tonnes of clamping force to very large presses exceeding 2,000 tonnes. Available used MIR equipment includes mid-size RMP presses in the 100–540 tonne range. The range also covers very large machines such as 830-, 1,350- and 2,350-tonne presses and the MIR 1050, built for extremely large moulding jobs. MIR also developed the e-power line of all-electric toggle injection presses for thermoplastics, thermosets and rubber, expanding its portfolio beyond traditional hydraulic machines.
