Nissui's flagship product is the S-Cutter screenless granulator, available across several series and configurations. The FNSK series — including the FNSK-04E, FNSK-04SC, and FNSK-15 variants — are compact, portable press-side units with S-cutter rotors, closed cutting chambers, and low rotor speeds suited to sprue and runner reclaim. The FNSR series shares the same screenless S-cutter design in a slightly different configuration. The ENSK series offers a similar press-side form factor. The SA series (SA24, SA26, SA32, SA33, SA34, SA35) are low-speed, screenless granulators in larger cabinet formats, while the SKN series provides higher-throughput slow-speed grinding with gear-reduced motors for heavier-duty applications.

Nissui granulators are purpose-built for injection molding operations, where they sit beside the press to reclaim sprues and runners in real time. Their quiet, low-RPM operation makes them well suited to clean-room-adjacent environments such as medical device manufacturing, consumer electronics, and precision automotive component molding. Packaging and general plastics processors also rely on Nissui machines for closed-loop regrind programs that reduce raw material waste.
