About Vibromatic
Vibromatic was founded in 1956 in Noblesville, Indiana, as one of the first parts feeding companies in the Midwest. For more than 70 years the company has designed and built custom vibratory feeding systems, and it remains part of the Noblesville community. Its feeder bowls, tracks, drives, and hoppers are manufactured in the United States.
The flagship product line is the vibratory bowl feeder, offered with bowl sizes from 3 to 42 inches and feed rates up to 300 parts per minute. Vibromatic also builds centrifugal feeders that run up to 1,000 parts per minute, step feeders, floor feeders, belt-style linear systems, and the patented Polycast line of cast polyurethane cascade-style feeders in 7 to 18 inch bowls with clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. Supporting components include inline tracks, escapement and placement devices, bulk hoppers, sound enclosures, and vibratory drive units.
Vibromatic parts feeding systems serve automotive, medical and pharmaceutical, packaging, fasteners, cosmetics, electronics, hardware, and munitions manufacturers. The company has fed parts ranging from automotive ball joints to light bulb filaments, and it developed a small centrifugal feeder that orients 28mm caps at more than 3,000 parts per minute for packaging lines.
Buyers seek used Vibromatic feeders because the bowls and drives are built for decades of continuous operation and the modular design allows tooling to be reworked for new parts. Spare coils, drives, tracks, and controllers remain available, and the company supports preventative maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds for any brand of feeding system, which keeps older machines productive and preserves resale value.
