Overview
The line has approximately 800 hours total. It is a complete pelletizing system that runs from a crusher/compactor with infeed conveyor through the two extruders to a water bath strand cooling system with dewatering blowers, a strand cutter and a vibrating table. Also part of the line are the main control panel, cooling tank, cooling tower, recirculation pumps, discharge vacuums, a storage cyclone and pneumatic storage cyclone discharge.
