Metform SFEH-10A button lockformer from Shanghai Metal Forming Machine Co., used to roll button lock (snap lock) seams on sheet metal for HVAC ductwork. It forms material from 0.5 to 1.0 mm thick at about 10 meters per minute, driven by a 1.5 kW single-phase 120 V motor, so it runs on ordinary shop power. The roll section sits under a covered top with an adjustable entry guide, and the cabinet base rides on wheels with handles so it can be moved around the shop floor. Overall size is about 1380 x 650 x 1000 mm and it weighs roughly 330 kg.
