Overview
This 2004 Star SB-16 is a sliding-headstock Swiss-type CNC automatic lathe for small-diameter precision turned parts. It comes with an ASU-16 automatic bar feeder for unattended bar work, along with the machine's manuals and a set of collets. The SB-16 is a well-known production Swiss machine for screw-machine-style work in brass, stainless, aluminum and plastics. It was running in a precision machining shop.
