Overview
This inline thermoformer is roll fed and has a four-post hydraulic press head, a chain rail index system and a touchscreen operator console. Its fixed guarding was modified and its safety control system updated in early 2021, and a Pre-Start Health and Safety Review covering the line from the unwind through the stacker was completed in March 2021 under CSA Z432-16. The machine is wired for 480V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, with a total oven load of 79 kW / 107 A and a total machine load of 104 kW / 158 A.

Description
DT Industries ARMAC Model 281 3030L inline thermoformer currently powered and operational at the seller's facility. The machine has been running only occasionally as production was shifted to another line. It operates in automatic, continuous mode with an unwinder infeed and outfeed conveyor. A Pre-Start Health and Safety Review was completed in March 2021 confirming updated fixed guarding and a safety control system meeting Control Reliable / Cat 3 / PLd performance requirements.
