Overview
This roll-fed thermoformer received a safety upgrade in 2021: its fixed guarding was modified and its safety control system was updated. A Pre-Start Health and Safety Review covering the line from the unwind through the stacker was completed in October 2021 under CSA Z432-16, with photos of the guarding changes documented in the report.
