Overview
This 2022 Elumatec SBZ 628 XL is a CNC pass-through profile machining center for aluminium and PVC profiles used in windows, doors and curtain walls. It machines and cuts bars up to 7,600 mm long and profiles up to 320 x 160 mm, with a 5-axis machining station spinning up to 24,000 RPM, an 11-tool changer and a 4-axis saw that cuts from 22.5° to 157.5°. A left loading magazine feeds the bars automatically and finished parts leave on an outfeed conveyor with a lifting station. It runs on 400 V three-phase power inside a noise enclosure.
