A flexible manufacturing system built around three Okuma Space Center MA-600HB horizontal machining centers, offered together as one cell. The MA-600HB is Okuma's 600 mm-pallet horizontal machining center for production milling, drilling and boring of larger parts. Each machine carries an Okuma OSP control. Running the three horizontals as an FMS lets one cell load, queue and machine parts across all three spindles, suited to high-mix or lights-out production work.
